<오월 - 산책길>
길을 걸으며 눈에 띄는 이름모를 풀들.
무심코 뒹구는 옹기종기 돌들이 참 정겹다.
봄, 오월이 참 좋다.
겨울내 차갑고 쌀쌀 살을 에는 바람과
대지는 꽁꽁 얼어서 짖은 회색도시.
다시는 나무들이 싹을 틔우지 않을까 발걸음 총총 집을 향한다.
개나리, 벚꽃 등 밥풀 같은 꽃 몽우리.
우리동네는 은행나무가 참 많다.
아기 손같이 꼬물 작고 앙증맞은 은행잎이 어느새 봄바람 봄볕에 싱그럽다.
푸르름, 풀 냄새, 평온한 신록에 마음이 녹는다.
푸른색이 참 좋다. 마음을 차분하게 해준다.
푸르른 희망을 표현하고싶다.
잎사귀 하나하나 그릴 때 좀 더 색감의 깊이를 주려고 색을 또 칠한다.
돌의 오돌오돌 입체감 표현은 질감을 살리려 붓질을 수도없이 많이 했다. 세상사 잡다한 생각이 다 녹아난다.
정감있고 감동받는 작품을 하고싶은 마음에 많은 시간 그린 그림에 때로는 실망할 때도 있다.
하지만 열정으로 그림을 그릴 때 작업이 참 즐겁다.
꾸준히 작업하며 감동받는 작품이 언젠가 되겠지 갈망하며 작업할 때 신명이 난다.
좀더 좋은 작품을 위해 오늘도 그린다.
무심코 걷는 산책길. 우리 주변에 아무렇게나 뒹구는 돌들이 참 많다.
단단한 돌의 질감, 입체감, 오돌오돌 비바람에 단단해 변하지 않을 것 같은 돌들도 세월의 흔적을 남긴다.
비바람 조금씩 닳고 제나름 입체감 모양의 변화를 준다.
길가 얼기설기 낡은 도로변 돌들이 비구상, 구상으로 눈에 들어온다.
돌 사이 바위틈 흙이 조금도 없어 보이는 그곳에서 매서운 비바람 잘 견디며 고고하게, 싱싱, 아담하게 자라고 있는 것을 본다.
약해보이지만 잘 견뎌낸 돌과 돌 사이 솟아나는 푸른 생명력에 경이롭고 숙연해진다.
오월 - 비라도 오는날, 청초한 풀냄새, 푸른잎 돌사이에 잘 어울리는 구도를 표현한다.
풀잎 하나하나 앙징맞고 정겹다.
어릴 때 친구들과 온 정신이 빠져 풀로 소꿉놀이 친구들 추억에 미소가 절로난다.
스케치하러 신록이 좋아 산과들로 참 많이 다녔다.
그때 그 친구들도 문득 보고싶어진다.
풀잎 하나하나 이름도 참 재미있다.
돌담위 무리지은 무성한 풀들 - 단단한 거친돌 위에 연약하고 앙증맞지만 단단한 돌들은 바람을 막아주며 돌과 잎들이 잘 어울리고 있다.
자연이 참 좋다. - 때로는 도시의 지치고 힘들때도 있지만 길을 걸으며 무심코 이름모를 풀들, 돌들 사이에 생명력 보이려 여린 듯 꿋꿋이 잘 자라 싱싱한 풀들을 볼 때 나는 힘을 느낀다.
어쩌면 그 추운데도 다 이겨내고 잘 자라 또 강한 생명력에 감사와 힘을 받는다.

길을 걸으며 풀들, 신록을 보는 재미가 쏠쏠하다.
옹기종기 뒹구는 돌들, 오월의 싱그러운 푸르름, 풀내음.
산으로, 들로 평온한 신록이 참 좋다.

< May - Promenade >
Plants that I do not know the name of stand out in the path I walk on.
The rocks that roll about in a nonchalant and friendly manner.
Spring, May, it is great.
The frigid air in the winter and the dark gray city on a frozen land makes one think that trees will never bud again, but it soon scurries away.
Flowers bloom such as forsythia and cherry blossoms.
My neighborhood has many gingko trees.
The small, children’s finger-like gingko leaves have now become fresh under the spring breeze.
My heart melts with the blue colors, scent of grass, and the peaceful fresh spring greens.
I really like blue. It puts my heart at rest.
I wanted to express a blue hope.
Whenever I painted a leaf, I added more color to give depth to colors.
I brushed again and again to paint the texture that expresses the depth of the rocks. It is filled with all my thoughts about the world.
Because of my wish to make a friendly, yet impressive, work, I paint for many hours, but sometimes am found disappointed.
But, I am very happy when I work on my paintings filled with passion.
I am elated when I work on my pieces with the hope that it will be a moving piece of art if I continue to work hard.
I paint today again to make a better piece of art.
When we walk along a path, there are a great many rocks that are just spread about.
The texture of a sturdy rock. Rocks that become strong with wind and rain are also left with traces of times. They are weathered by rain and wind and begin to have a unique shape with its own depth.
Rocks on the old sidewalks are noticeable.
In a place between rocks where there seems that there is not even a bit of dirt, they grow by surviving the harsh winds and rain and is becoming majestic, fresh, and a bit small.
Though it looks weak, the blue life that rises between rocks is amazing and gives a solemn feeling.
May - I wished to express an angle in which a rainy day, clear scents of grass and green leaves between rocks are in harmony.
Each and every blade of grass is cute and friendly.
I smile at the memory of playing house with my friends using grass.
I visited fields and mountains because I liked fresh spring greens so that I could sketch them.
Sometimes I want to see my childhood friends.
The different names of the leaves and grass are interesting.
Thick brushes that grow above the stone wall - The strong and rough rocks block the wind and the weak and cute leaves create a picturesque view.
I really love nature - Sometimes I become exhausted with life in the city. But, while I walk along a path and see fresh grass growing filled with life between rocks, even if I do not know the name of these vegetations, I feel a new sense of energy. I wonder how they withstood the harsh winter and grow so well. I am appreciative and feel energized from their strong force of life.
I love spring and May.
It is fun walking along a path and looking at the grass and fresh spring greens.
Rolling rocks, the fresh greens and blues of May, the scent of grass, and the fresh spring plants along mountains and rocks that lay at peace. I love these things.
